Hello
I'm Samantha Mason, B.A.
Psychometrist
Population: Adults
Scope: Assessments
Language: English
I'm Samantha Mason, a Master's student in Clinical Psychology (Forensic Stream) at Simon Fraser University, with specialized training in psychological assessment. My academic and clinical work focus on the intersection of mental health and the legal system, a passion I've had since my earliest academic days. I have experience conducting research at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, providing pet therapy at The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and I am continuing to pursue clinical training in hospital, community, and forensic settings.

As a psychometrist, I administer and score a wide range of cognitive, personality, risk, and educational assessments, ensuring accuracy, compassion, and clarity to support both clients and clinicians. I am also the Student Representative for the Canadian Psychological Association's Criminal Justice Psychology Section, where I work to foster mentorship, professional growth, and meaningful connections for students across clinical and experimental streams nationally.

Outside of academics, I enjoy show jumping and road trips with my retired research beagle, Whiskey, reminders of the importance of curiosity, balance, and compassion both professionally and personally.
