I am a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) graduate from Adler University with a background in developmental cognitive neuroscience from the University of Western Ontario.

My passion is to help others overcome challenges and to live their best lives. My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from emotion-focused, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based frameworks. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, deepen emotional awareness, and develop greater self-acceptance. Together, we work to understand the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, build resilience, and foster a stronger sense of authenticity and well-being.

I also provide psychological and psychoeducational assessments for a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, and substance use. I support clients in developing the insight and tools needed to enhance well-being and daily functioning.
