Hello
I'm Robyn Lam
Doctoral Student
Scope: Assessments
I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) whose work is regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology and am currently working on my Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology at Adler University.
I have experience providing psychodiagnostic, psychoeducational, and integrative assessments for a variety of concerns, including ADHD, learning disorders, giftedness, PTSD, and mood and anxiety disorders. For over a decade, I have worked with diverse groups of clients to address various forms of anxiety and mood issues, substance use, life transitions, and intimate relationships.
Outside of direct clinical practice, I have taught family therapy and provided clinical supervision to clinicians and graduate/medical students. As an assessor and a clinician, I care deeply about the work I do with my clients, both in the process and in the outcomes. I trust that the work we do together will engender a way forward with hope and clarity.
