I’m a doctoral student in clinical psychology at Adler University and hold a master’s degree in
clinical psychology from Roosevelt University. I currently offer individual therapy sessions
under the supervision of Dr. Mickey Stein.

My approach to treatment is client-centered and strengths-based, primarily informed by training in
empirically supported modalities (i.e., CBT, ACT, DBT). I aim to understand individuals
holistically from a psychological, social, and biological framework and use interventions best
suited to my clients’ needs and preferences.

I strive to continuously provide a safe and inclusive environment, based on non-judgment and
respect, where we can collaboratively establish and work towards your therapeutic goals. I look
forward to getting to know you and working together!
